Marywood is one of two condo complexes located on Marywood Avenue on the far Northeast side of the city. Marywood is the smaller of the two and features several small two-story buildings with about 30 units in total. Many of the second floor units feature wood decks and the first floor units include patios. Condos in Marywood range from 1BR/1BA up to 2BA/1BA.
