Belles Terres is a large condominium complex located on N Farnsworth Avenue near Indian Trail in Aurora. Belles Terres includes 5 buildings of condos, a clubhouse and swimming pool surrounded by well-maintained lawns and landscaping. Condos in Belles Terres range from 1 bedroom studios to 3 bedroom suites and from 759 square feet to 1344 square feet. Three of the five buildings in Belles Terres are 3 or more stories tall and are called the "towers". These three buildings feature underground parking garages and deeded parking spots are sometimes available with the units or are occasionally for sale individually. The other 2 buildings in this complex are two-story structures and feature patios for units on the first floor. Many of the condos in Belles Terres that are above the first floor feature balconies with an excellent view of the complex. Each homeowner in Belles Terres has access to the clubhouse as well as the swimming pool as part of the association dues. Many of the buildings also feature laundry rooms and all are secured by a security door and intercom system. An on-site storage locker is also included with many of the condos in Belles Terres.
Belles Terres is located close to local shopping. The Chicago Premium Outlet Mall is just north on Farnsworth, and the Fox Valley Mall is only a short distance to the south and east. Local transportation is also close by including the Regan Tollway to the north as well as the Aurora Metra Station on Route 25 near Downtown Aurora. If you are visiting Belles Terres, make sure you stop by the clubhouse. Business hours are 9AM - 5PM on weekdays and in the afternoon on Saturdays. The complex management will be able to give you a guided tour of the grounds.
