Concord Valley Subdivision – Concord Valley Homes
The Concord Valley subdivision consists of several hundred single family homes on the north-east corner of Eola and North Aurora Road. These medium-large single family homes are popular with larger families who appreciate the 3-4 bedrooms and extra living space. Built in the mid-1990’s these homes include modern styles and features – among them, natural stone fronts, gourmet kitchens, vaulted ceilings as well as modern floorplans. The homes in Concord Valley are also popular with commuters who appreciate the community’s location – convenient to major transportation arteries such as I-88, Eola Road and the Route 59 Metra Station.
Home models in Concord Valley include the Somerset with around 1980 square feet and dramatic double-height living and dining rooms, Hampshire with around 1900 square feet and double-story living room with vaulted ceiling and the large Manchester model with over 2000 square feet of living space. The homes of Concord Valley currently feed into Waubonsie Valley High School in District 204 but in 2009, these homes will feed into the brand new Matea Valley High School that is just beginning construction on Eola Road just north of this community.
