Montgomery Subdivisions

Montgomery Subdivisions
Montgomery Illinois located in Kendall County in the west suburbs of Chicago is perhaps one of the fastest growing communities in the midwest. Situated along the banks of the Fox River, Montgomery is ideally located. Residents have easy access to the surrounding Fox Valley communities of Aurora, Naperville and Oswego as well as being only a short drive from the Aurora Metra station for easy travel into the City of Chicago. One of the things Montgomery is particularly known for is the wide selection of homes. Montgomery subdivisions range in size from only a few dozen homes to several thousand at the largest.

Subdivisions in Montgomery are located in either Kane or Kendall County and can be found from the east along Douglas Road to the west along Orchard Road. New construction options can be found from several local builders including Ryland Homes at Blackberry Crossing West, Kimball Hill Homes at Huntington Chase, Saratoga Homes and Balmorea and Saratoga Springs, and P.D. Hartz Construction at Marquis Pointe. Resale homes are also available in dozens of other subdivisions in Montgomery in all types and price ranges. Although many of the schools in Montgomery are actually located within the village limits, all of the schools are part of either the East Aurora, West Aurora, Oswego or Kaneland School Districts.

One of Montgomery’s largest and most well-known subdivision is the Boulder Hill Subdivision bordered by Route 25 in the west, Douglas Road in the East and Route 30 to the North. Boulder Hill plays a big part in the economic history of the village. When it was built it was also considered a very pioneering community due to the idea that residents could play, shop and go to school all without leaving the community.
