Subdivisions in Lisle are located mostly south of I-88 and west of I-355. The Village of Lisle is a very old community – dating back to 1832 when it was first settled – however, the village itself wasn’t incorporated until 1956. Lisle real estate features a great diversity of housing styles. Unlike nearby communities that are mostly single family homes, Lisle includes several large condo complexes as well as subdivisions of townhomes and duplexes. In fact, roughly half of the subdivisions in Lisle are made up of attached-style homes offering home buyers many different options.
