The Sugar Creek Subdivision in Sugar Grove is a small section of homes built between 1987 and 1992. Sugar Creek is located on the north edge of the residential section of Downtown Sugar Grove directly east of the new Sugar Grove Public Library and Prairie Glen Subdivision. The homes are all located on Meadows Drive, Meadows Court, McCannon Street or Bastian Drive. The homes range in size from 1109 to over 2280 square feet and several back up to Pavilion Park where the Sugar Grove Corn Boil is held annually. Most of the home styles are traditional and you’ll also find ranch and split-level homes as well as two-story colonial.
