Randall Highlands Subdivision is a mixed community that contains both townhomes and detached single-family homes. Construction originally started in 2006 with several groups of townhomes built by Wiseman-Hughes under the name of Randall Highlands, LLC. Townhomes are arranged in 5-unit buildints and to date approximately 33 units have been constructed. Currently, new townhomes are not being built in Randall Highlands. However, the planned second stage of the community – a section of detached single-family homes has been purchased by Krughoff Builders and new construction continues in that section. Townhome models in Randall Highlands include the Aberdeen, Cameron, Dundee and Inverness – these range from around 1730 up to nearly 2200 square feet. Detached single-family homes from Krughoff are semi-custom and include at least 9 models, some with optional floorplans and each with between 3 and 4 custom elevations. Base models include the Ashford, Bradford, Essex, Fairfield, Hampton, Newport, Pinehurst, Tuscany and Windsor. Currently there are around 55 homesites planned in Randall Highlands with additional space available for more.
