Ogden Falls Subdivision is a fairly large community located near the intersection of IL-30 and Rt 34. There are really three communities in this area that share the Ogden Falls name – Ogden Falls Subdivision The Townes of Ogden Falls and The Highlands at Ogden Falls. You may also see The Highlands at Ogden Falls referenced as The Highlands “of” Ogden Falls – they are the same community and will be described as its own subdivision. You ender the community by continuing south on IL-30 across Rt. 34 where it turns into Ogden Falls Blvd. The first section of homes you arrive at includes 175 detached homes and 30 townhome “clusters” built by Lord & Essex Homes between 1997 and 2004. These Ogden Falls homes are characterized by rear-facing garages accessed by an alley and feature distinctive front elevations often with porches and white trim. Heading east into the community brings you to around 125 townhome units built between 1997 and 2002. This section of the community was originally called the Townes at Ogden Falls but is now simply referred to as part of the main Ogden Falls subdivision. Both detached single family homes and townhomes in Ogden Falls include lawn maintenence and are ideal for buyers looking for a prime location for commuting.
