Oakhurst Subdivision – Oakhurst Homes
Oakhurst Subdivision is located in the far northeast corner of Aurora near the intersection of I-88 and IL-56. Oakhurst is located northeast of Prestbury and just east of Black Walnut Trails across from a large wetlands preserve. Built between 2001 and 2006 by Neumann Homes, this community features large, modern homes for very attractive prices. Oakhurst is the first Neumann Homes community in Aurora and the stylish home styles remain very popular with home buyers. Oakhurst is one of the six current member communities of the Homeowners Alliance of Aurora.
Oakhurst Aurora includes approximately 270 single family homes in a variety of floorplans. Most homes in Oakhurst feature modern exteriors that incorporate either brick or natural stone. Some Oakhurst homes include side-load garages that increases the size of home that can be built on a lot. The square footage of homes in Oakhurst are above average, ranging from 2160 to nearly 4000 square feet with most homes over 3000.
