Hometown Aurora Subdivision
Hometown Aurora is one of two Hometown subdivisions in the Fox Valley - the other being Hometown Oswego. This master-planned community was and is still being built by Bigelow Homes on the corner of Hill Avenue and Montgomery Road on and near the site of the old Highlight 30 drive-in theatre. The concept of Hometown Aurora is that of a small-town America subdivision. Homes are often located around green spaces and parks and other community areas can also be found within the subdivision. The community boasts a sandwich shop, soda shop and other small stores as well as an elementary school. The homes in the Hometown Aurora subdivision are colonial in style, often featuring porches, columns and other colonial influences. You will also find many parks, gardens, fountains, ponds and other peaceful settings in the subdivision. The traffic-calmed streets make this subdivision a safer place for its residents and visitors.
