Here are the details:
- This program can be combined with any type of loan - FHA, VA or Conventional
- You can purchase a single family home or 2-4 unit multi-family home
- Owner must occupy the home or one of the units in the case of multi-family.
- NO Pre-payment Penalty
- Reduced PMI (based on credit score)
- Loan is a low fixed 30 year rate (inquire for actual rates available)
- Only a few lenders are currently authorized to offer this program. Many other REALTORS don't even know about this special offer.

One of the great things about this program is that it's very easy to qualify - even with poor credit scores. Also, if you have owned a home in the past but haven't been a homeowner over the last 3 years, you are eligible for this program. In addition, if you have owned a home in the last 3 years, but are buying a new home in certain "targeted" areas, you can also qualify for this program.
