Deerpath Estates Subdivision
The small Deerpath Estates subdivision is located on Deerpath Road just north of Indian Trail. It consists of approximately 30 homes between 1700 and 3400 square feet, many with walk-out basements and views of the surrounding woods. Built between 2001 and 2003, many of the homes in Deerpath Estates incude modern features popular with buyers such as luxury master bathrooms, fireplaces, large gourmet kitchens and large lots. Deerpath Estates subdivision is located in the City of Aurora but is also situated in Sugar Grove Township - making it one of the most western subdivisions in the Aurora municipality.
