Chesterfield Subdivision North Aurora

ChesterfieldChesterfield is a beautiful subdivision located in North Aurora, Illinois across from Pine Creek on the far east side of the village. I’ve been showing homes in Chesterfield quite frequently and wanted to point out some of the features my clients have specifically mentioned about the community. First, the entrance to the subdivision is very elegant. When you enter off of Butterfield Road, there is a nice entry sign and a parkway – right from the start, the community looks sharp and well-kept. I think many people dismiss the importance of a great community entryway but it certainly sets the tone for new visitors. A popular feature of the community are the schools in Chesterfield – homes feed into District 129 and the community feeds into Schneider Elementary and Herget Middle School.

Location is also one of the most popular features about Chesterfield. Where it’s located, the community is in a central area to both River and Kirk roads – major north-south roads in the area – and is only minutes from I-88. The subdivision has convenient shopping at the nearby Super Walmart or on the west side of North Aurora at Woodmans. The central location and easy access to transportation make Chesterfield great for commuters.

Another popular feature of the community and perhaps one of the top features for Chesterfield home buyers are the types and arrangement of the homes. The homes in this subdivision were mostly built in the 2000s so the feature modern styles, layouts and materials. The community is laid out in an irregular circle often with green space, prairie or wetlands between rows of homes. Because of this, many homes don’t back directly up to other homes and instead, back up to nature or one of several bike paths that cross the community. If you are selling a Chesterfield home this is perhaps one of your biggest selling features and really makes the subdivision stand out.
