Aurora Subdivisions

Aurora subdivisions number over 200 communities at last count and new Aurora subdivisions are being added yearly. As you can imagine, this represents a significant portion of real estate in the Fox Valley. Homes in Aurora subdivisions combine to make up local real estate niches that all share the same community resources and often, interests. Aurora features small subdivisions that consist of only a few homes up to large master planned communities of thousands of homes. In the pages listed below you will find a general overview of many of the subdivisions found in the City of Aurora. Whenever possible, this will include information about the location, school districe, home types and nearby amenities as well as a map of the general area. If you are a home buyer looking for information about a particular community, this should be your first stop. You will also find additional options to request more information about a particular area.

Aurora Subdivisions

Many of the subdivisions in Aurora are located on either the east side of the city or the west side. Beyond this, many subdivisions are known for their proximity to certain transportation venues such as I-88, Orchard Road, Route 59 or Ogden. Still others are close to particular community features such as the Fox Valley Mall, the Illinois Math and Science Academy or Downtown. In the below pages I have made a great effort to not just provide information about the homes in a particular subdivision but also information about its location, proximity and other features that make each community special. If you have any information to add about any of these Aurora subdivisions, please contact me and I would be happy to add it.

Due to the size of this project, several Aurora subdivisions may be missing from this list. If you find an Aurora subdivision missing, or would like additional information about any of these Aurora communities, please contact me directly.
