This evening, one of my featured Aurora homes for sale has gone under contract. The house is located at 1221 Cottonwood Drive. It is a beautiful 4BR 2.1BA home with full basement, 3 car garage and a host of other features. The home was on the market for approximately 79 days. This figure is quite surprising because of several factors: the home was priced very well and it was also showing beautifully. In fact, of all the Aurora real estate buyers that visited the home during our open houses, most were very impressed. This is yet another indication that our market is slower than normal and Aurora real estate sellers need to continue to be patient before a sale can be expected.
