Ashton Pointe Subdivision
The Ashton Pointe community is located on the south east corner of Eola and North Aurora Road. Built between 2001 and 2003, the townhomes of Ashton Pointe feature lots of space for reasonable prices. Many of the townhomes are laid out side-by-side and most feature attached 2-car garages. The Ashton Pointe townhomes are located close to area shopping also on the corner of Eola and North Aurora. These townhomes feed into IPSD 204 and currently feed into Waubonsie Valley High School. In 2009, these homes will likely feed into the brand new Matea Valley High School which is expected to be built on Eola Road very close to this community.
Townhome models in Ashton Pointe include the Darien, Claiborne, Alcott, Ethan and Bradbury. The townhomes range in size from between 1100 and 1700 square feet and feature between 2 and 3 bedrooms. Some of the buildings feature partial brick exteriors and others back to several area ponds, parks or nature preserves. Ashton Pointe is located across North Aurora Road from the Concord Valley Subdivision and is convienent to both I-88 as well as the Route 59 Metra station. Area shopping includes the Fox Valley Mall as well as the Chicago Premium Outlet Mall.
